TECHNOPARK Phase III is located in 92 acres of land adjacent to the TECHNOPARK PHASE-I Campus The Government of India has granted Special Economic Status for 27.5 acres of land.  TECHNOPARK has already commenced construction of 10 lakhs sqft IT Building in this campus.

A 110/11 KV substation has already been commissioned in the campus. TECHNOPARK currently in the process of creating infrastructure including internal roads, power, water distribution systems and other amenities.

2) Site Development, Construction of roads etc:

Present Status

• Earth filling work at site virtually completed.

• Pipe Culvert work at canal diversion completion.

• Pipe Culvert and Manhole work at Canal Diversion Completed.

• Cable duct work through UST Phase II Campus completed.

3) Embankment protection work

Present Status

• West side  total 625Rm in that 425Rm completed and balance 200 RM up to 3rd layer was completed.

• Canal Diversion 160 RM ((4 Layer Side A) and (B side 4 Layer)) completed.

• East side  total 820Rm in that Dry rubble 507 RM ,First Layer 507 RM ,Second Layer 507 RM & Third layer 507 RM is completed.

4) Electrification Of  IT Building

Present Status

• Schematic SLD approval From KSEI obtained.
• All the drawings are approved.
• All the Technical submittals are approved.
• Transformer and HT panel received and positioned.
• DG erection and Acoustic work completed. DG Exhaust pipe foundation work in progress.
• Cable Tray Route drawing approved.
• Conduiting work in Tower A:- up to 6^th floor 70% and from 7^th to 10^th floor 50%completed . Tower B: - upto 4^th floor 70% and  from 5^th to 8^th floor 50% completed
• Store room & Site office work completed.

Major Milestones achieved: KSEI Approval obtained for electrical scheme drawings.

5) HVAC  for IT building Complex

Present Status

• 60% of the pipes received at site.
• 70% of the Ducts are received at site
• Duct erection started at 2^nd, 3rd& 4^th floor of Tower A.
• Pipe erecting completed from 2^nd to 8^th floor lobby area of Tower A.
• Butterfly valves, Y strainers, Flexible connectors received at site.

6) Water Distribution System

Present Status

• Piling and Pile Cap Overhead tank A & B completed.

• Piling and Pile Cap for Underground sump completed.

• Shear Wall for Overhead Tank A and B in Progress

• Pile cap of OHT A&B completed
