here. Is land available for lease in Technopark so that a company can construct its own building? Developed plots in multiples of half acres are available in the campus. Only well established and reputed non polluting Information Technology related projects would be leased out land in the campus. The following are the indicative guidelines. The company will have to put up minimum built-up area of 10,000 sq.ft. for every half acre of allotted land. The setbacks would be as per the specification in the building codes for construction within Technopark. No overhead lines shall be permitted within the campus. Only underground/radio services shall be permitted. The company should pay the stipulated rent for the use of ducts/underground lines. Power shall be supplied only at 11 KV and the cost of cabling from the nearest substation to the respective plot shall be borne by the company. The minimum contract demand is 100
