Fischer Systems India Pvt. Ltd. (Fischer India)
was established in May 1998 as a 100% subsidiary
of Fischer International Systems Corp., (FISC)
based in Naples, Florida, with a view to do
research and develop products for FISC.
Mr.
Anil Saraswathy and Ms. Bindu Balakrishnan, both
former employees of Fischer International Systems
Corp., are the directors of Fischer India. Among
them, they have more than 20 years of research and
development experience in the software industry.
Prior to joining Fischer International, Mr. Anil
Saraswathy worked with HCL (Hindustan Computers
Ltd), IESL (now ISL or India Satcom Ltd) and
Verifone (now part of HP). Ms. Bindu Balakrishnan
worked with VSSC, Trivandrum and ISAC, Bangalore
prior to her joining FISC.
