- Handle end-to-end recruitment activities.
- Complete the joining formalities of new joiner’s
- Conduct various employee engagement activities
- Coordination with Financial Team on Payroll inputs and Attendance details.
- Managing the overall performance appraisal process
- Handling employee grievance issues.
- C Conduct Exit Interviews.
- Should have 1-3 Yrs of experience into overall HR Generalist activities.
- Good experience into overall generalist activities
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Grievance handling ability.
- Individual contributor as well as a good team player.
- Immediate Joinees preferred
