Customer Service Representative
Brief description :
- It is for the new process of Spericorn -WB21
- Computer Knowledge, familiarity with CRM systems and practices.
- Written and oral English skills; strong phone contact handling skills and active listening abilities.
- Customer Services experience in a bank a plus.
- Willingness to learn new skills and adapt to new Customer Service expectations.
- Able to work well and be productive with or without supervision; ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
- A proactive and positive attitude; ability to work under pressure; identify and assess customers’ needs to achieve satisfaction.
- Bilingual is a plus (Excellent command of the English language, Spanish, Portuguese, Russian are a plus).

1) 2-7 year experience in customer support is mandatory
2) Experience in banking will be added advantage
3) Good Communication skills and willing to work in 24 * 7 shifts
4) Should be able to stretch
2-7 Years experience in customer support , having client service experience in banks will be an added advantage.
