We are looking for an experienced, dynamic, organized self-starter to join as Call Centre Executive for one of the biggest financial, non-banking institutions in the state for immediate appointment.

Preferred skills

The incumbent must be:

  • a graduate in any field with a flair for marketing
  • should work closely with the management, sales and marketing team to provide a variety of services to clients across the globe
  •  self-learner with a positive attitude, giving superior attention to details
  • should hold strong ownership, bias for action and deliver results within the targeted time frame whereby insisting on higher standards and quality in customer service
  • should possess the best in class verbal and writing skills both English and Malayalam and should be experienced in handling clients through proficiency in multiple languages
  • required to work in rotational shifts, night shifts and even on public holidays
  • should possess strong analytical skills with excellent command over Microsoft Word, Excel, Power point or similar automation tools.
  • Should have a flair for marketing through outbound calls and is required to cross sell products over different modes of communication.
  • Should handle queries and complaints through inbound calls, e-mails, chats, WhatsApp or social media and also escalate it to higher levels and follow up until closure
  • Should have a minimum of 1year experience in an organized call center. ­­­­­­­­­­
