Phase III

As phase III expansion, Technopark is developing 92 acres of land in between the existing campus and the Second phase 86 acres. The Phase III is being developed as a Special Economic Zone. Work on the 110KV sub-station has already commenced. Technopark will provide all the utilities and support services. Pricewaterhouse Coopers (P) Ltd (PWC) has been entrusted with the assignment for the development of Technopark Phase III. The bid document for selecting potential partners to develop the IT/ITES SEZ(40 acres) in Technopark Phase III is under process and will be issued to partners based on the shortlist prepared from RFQ.
