Thejaswini at Technopark

Thejaswini, the seventh building in Technopark, and the largest building in Kerala was dedicated to the nation by the Hon. Chief Minister of Kerala, V.S. Achuthanandan on 22nd February 2007 at a function held at Technopark. The building has raised bus bars available in each floor separately for KSEB Power and Back-up Power. The building has 2 basement floors for car parking (each with 230 car parks), one basement floor for 64 car parks, utility area and office space, one lower ground floor for office space, ground floor for office space, and 6 floors for office space. The 50% of 7th floor (top floor) will be used as a food court and balance as office space. The flooring of the space is plain concrete flooring and the space allotted is bare shell. The building has six passenger lifts and 2 passenger-cum-freight lift.

The rentals fixed are :

Carpet area per floor  - 40,060 sq. ft.
Monthly rental           - Rs. 22 per sq. ft.
Deposit applicable     - 12 months rent equivalent
O & M Charges         - Rs. 2 per sq.ft per month for building
                                - Rs. 7.5 per sq. ft. per annum for the campus.
