INDIA'S FIRST RESEARCH & INNOVATION LAB ON CYBER THREAT RESILIENCE (CRICTR)
India’s first Research and Innovation Lab on Cyber Threat Resilience (CRICTR) was launched at IIITM-K, Trivandrum  by Dr. Gulshan Rai, National Cyber Security Co-ordinator, Govt. of India and Mr Madhavan Nambiar, IAS (Rtd),  Chairman of the Board of Directors, IIITM-K  during the International  Workshop on Cyber Threat Resilience held at Technopark, Trivandrum on 13th October 2015
Mr. P.H. Kurian, IAS, Principal Secretary (IT), Mr. Manoj Abraham, IPS (Inspector General of Police, Kerala), Mr. V.K. Mathews (Founder & Executive Chairman, IBS), Prof. N Balakrishnan (Professor, IISc, Bangalore) and Dr. K P Subbalekshmi (Professor, Stevens Institute of Technology) spoke on the occasion.Around 300 participants from various academic institutions, R&D establishments, Government Departments, Industries and IT Corporates participated in the Workshop. 

 
Startup Grind launch event will be held at Travancore Hall, Park Centre, Technopark on Friday, 30th October 2015 from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM. Dr. Jayasankar Prasad, CEO of Kerala Startup Mission (KSUM) will be the chief guest for the occasion.
CONGRATULATION DR. SYED IBRAHIM
 
Dr. Syed Ibrahim, the Managing Director of the software company Palnar Transmedia inside the Technopark, Trivandrum campus has been conferred with the German Government's Cross of the Order of Merit award, the Consulate General of the Federal Republic of Germany in Benglauru. Dr. Syed is also the Director of the Goethe-Zentrum in Thiruvananthapuram.
TECHFRIENDS IN ASSOCIATION WITH (KSSM) 
TechFriends Educational & Charitable Trust is a voluntary forum of Technopark employees formed for educational & charity based help for the needy and also to work for noble causes.
TechFriends in association with Kerala Social Security Mission (KSSM) conducted Lifestyle Health Check-up camp for IT professionals, Security and Housekeeping staffs of Technopark at Nila on 21st Oct 2015.
The event was inaugurated by Nireesh C (GM, Merketing, Technopark) ,Vasanth Varada (Manager, Business Development). Mr Shibu from KSSM explained the benefits of health check-up and other events coordinated by KSSM. TechFriends senior members Muhammed Basheer and Binu A had explained about the various activities organized by TechFriends.
Camp facilitated to test Blood (Pressure, Sugar, and Cholesterol & Total Count), Urine (Albumin, sugar & Creatinine) and ECG. The camp was utilized by around 80 members from Technopark.
TechFriends Coordination committee expressed sincere gratitude to all supporters for the successful event.
Headstart Higher is India's most successful startup hiring event. We will shortlist outstanding candidates from a pool of applicants. On an average, each candidate gets shortlisted by 6 startups. 50% of the candidates get job offers from multiple startups. In previous Higher 63% of participating candidates got offersout of which 65% of them joined the startups.
