1ST HONORARY GERMAN CONSUL FOR KERALA

Dr. Syed Ibrahim the founder and managing director of Technopark-based IT products and services company Palnar Transmedia, has been appointed as the Honorary Consul of the Federal Republic of Germany to Kerala. The announcement was made following the opening of an Honorary Consulate of the Federal Republic of Germany in Thiruvananthapuram on October 14.

PRATHIDHWANI'S QISA FILM FESTIVAL 2016

Prathidhwani's Qisa Film Festival 2016 (PQFF 2016) is Short film festival aimed at IT Employees Kerala.
PQFF 2016 will be conducted for the 5th time in Technopark and is slated for December 3rd 2016 at the Travancore hall, Park Centre. PQFF intends to provide a platform for filmmakers and film enthusiasts to explore short cinema.It is a grand occasion for around 1 lakh IT professionals from around 600 IT companies across Kerala. Screening of films by participants will be held in 3rd December 2016 at Technopark, Trivandrum. The registration of films for the festival is open till 25th November 2016.

SEEDLING DISTRIBUTION FROM PRAKRUTHI

Prakruthi at Technopark Trivandrum will distribute seedlings at various buildings across the Technopark campus including Nila, Phase III, Bhavani, Tejaswini and Gayathri from 26th October to 11th November. Unlike previous distributions, Prakruthi will not be delivering seedling packages, but instead, those interested are requested to approach the volunteers in each building. PRAKRUTHI INTRODUCED CLAY POT COMPOST

Paving the way for a greener future, Prakruthi - the environmental organization at Technopark, Trivandrum - has introduced and distributed clay pots to be used as a greener method of organic waste disposal. The utilization of the pots serves as a convenient method of composting for techies living in flats. The program is being carried out with the support of Suchitwa Mission. The clay pots distributed by Prakruthi were procured Mitranikethen in Vellanaduand was distributed to techies in Technopark along with seeds and plants. This program was introduced in accordance to the Green Protocol Project of the corporation.

3D DESIGNING AND PRINTING BY KSUM

The Kerala Startup Mission will host a '3D Designing and Printing' workshop on Saturday October 15 from 2pm to 5pm at FAB LAB Trivandum, IITMK building at Technopark as well as the FAB LAB Kerala office, Kerala Technology Innovation Zone, Kinfra Hi-Tech Park, Kalamassery, Kochi. You make me crazy at times

Years went fast n’ you grew up
When you fell from cycle and
Had a wound near your eye
I had more pain than you! (in mind)

Years will fly away and soon
You will bean youngster
