The foundation stone laying ceremony of Technopark’s new IT building ‘Shiriya’ took place on 25th February 2016. Shri. M A Vahid, Hon. MLA, Kazhakuttom and P H Kurian, IAS, Principal Secretary (Industries, Electronics & IT), Chairman PIB, Technopark carried out the honours. Shri. S Ramnath, CEO Technopark delivered the welcome address and presidential address was given by Shri. M A Vahid Hon. MLA, Kazhakuttom. Felicitations by Shri. Sunil Chandran Councillor, Attipra and Shri. K. G. Girish Babu former CEO, Technopark. Vote of Thanks was proposed by Nireesh C, General Manager, Marketing, Technopark.

Technopark is a transparent organization that works on a first come, first serve basis. Technopark maintains the queue system based on the daily enquiries with regard to space request by clients on various business models on IT/ITeS. Prathidhwani, the socio-cultural organization of Technopark, Trivandrum has played a major role in helping the KSRTC to bring into place a super fast daily bus which is scheduled to ply from Changanassery to Trivandrum through Technopark. The bus leaves from Changanassery bus stand at 5.45am via Thiruvalla, Mavelikkara, Kayamkulam, Kollam, Attingal, Technopark and then Trivandrum.

Natana, the cultural club of Technopark, Trivandrum along with Kerala Police organized ‘CYBERGALA’, an event to mark the inaugural ceremony of the hugely awaited project titled ‘CYBERDOME’. Honourable Home Minister Ramesh Chennithala inaugurated the function on February 17, 6 PM at Amphitheatre.
