Support Engineer : Monitoring​
  • Be a part of the team that provides 24x7 monitoring service for clients 
  • Alerting & call support for client’s IT devices and their monitoring tools
  • Coordinate with the clients, internal team and the vendors
  • Work according to the ITIL incident management process
  • Perform monthly maintenance activities of the devices & Monitoring tools 

Preferred skills

Qualification :B.Tech/B.E or Any Degree with good communication skills, basic knowledge on operating system and monitoring tools.

Experience : 0 to 1 years

  • Ability to operate effectively in a team environment with both technical and non-technical team members
  • Ability to work in a self-directed manner and demonstrate initiative
  • Ability to demonstrate strong analytical, Problem Solving and multi-tasking skills
  • Good communication (both verbal and written) skills 
  • Ability to handle pressure and support multiple clients simultaneously
  • Should be able to build technical skills in IT infrastructure domain within 6-12 months
  • Should be able to support and follow as per Standard Operating Procedures agreed with the respective clients
