  • Excellent verbal communication in English
  • Provided Technical support in handling US clients over phone – should have done first level of phone support in their current role.
  • Candidates should have application support experience - role is L1/L2 or Tier 1/ Tier 2 support.
  • Should have done trouble shooting experience in any cloud platform preferably Google cloud
  • Candidates should have worked in either O365/G-Suite support/migration and involved in trouble shooting.
  • Fair knowledge of Linux commands is desirable.
  • Should have worked in a system with good process environment – ticketing system, escalation path, with daily/weekly reporting.
  • Should be ready to work in shifts.
  • Location – Trivandrum (Technopark)
  • Availability – Immediate joiners preferred.
  • Open for Contract and Fulltime.
