  • Identifying incidents and its impact, Incident investigation and diagnosis
  • Takes incident resolution actions to restore service to customers
  • Monitoring Incident details, including the configuration Items affected 

Preferred skills


  • Male  candidates preferred
  • 0 to 2 years experience in similar experience or Data analytical field 
  • Good written and verbal communication skills to present findings and recommendations
  • Candidates from  Bsc Maths /Statistics/Computer science/ Electronics /Btech( IT ,CS, EC)/MCA can apply
  • Basic Sql (DB) + MS Excel knowledge required
  • Flexible to work in rotational shifts with rotational work days /week offs as per project requirements 
  • Candidates should not have any  backpapers in their academic 
  • Immediate joiners preferred
