Reports to: PR & Marketing Team, Director - Engineering & Operations
Job Overview: The Business Growth Lead will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities for the company. This individual will work closely with our Senior Managers to develop and implement sales strategies, as well as manage the sales process from lead generation to close.
Key Responsibilities:
Research and identify potential new clients in targeted industries and markets
Develop and maintain relationships with potential and existing clients through calls, emails, and in-person meetings
Collaborate with the marketing team to create targeted marketing campaigns and materials
Prepare and deliver presentations and proposals to potential clients
Negotiate contracts and close deals
Maintain accurate records of sales activities in our CRM system
Achieve or exceed sales targets and quotas
Preferred skills
Qualifications:
Bachelor's/Master’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
3 - 5 years of experience in sales or business development
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to multitask and work independently
Proficiency with Microsoft Office and CRM systems
