Designation – Odoo IT Technical Support Executive

Experience - 0-1 year in Odoo technical support domain

Location – Technopark, Trivandrum

Preferences: Excellent English and Hindi handling ability, Willingness to travel, effective presentation skills, quick learner, adaptability.


Roles and Responsibilities


  1. Daily resolve Tickets raised by customers within the required timeframe

  2. Assist clients in product implementation lifecycle.

  3. Escalate top priority, production-critical issues to the appropriate technical staff.

  4. Implementation, Training and documentation of the product.

  5. Act as the front line technical contact to interact with customers (business partners and direct customers).

  6. Work closely with the sales coordinators. Follow the visit and escalate for technical or business emergencies.

  7. Identify all issues related to the product and provide solutions for the same.

  8. Perform various tests on process with help of test cases and document them.

  9. Report to your Lead daily about any issue and status.

Preferred skills


1. Minimum 0 to 1 years of prior experience as a Technical Support executive handling tickets.

2. Must have good communication skills

3. Must be comfortable in making outgoing calls to resolve issues.

4. Must be willing to work in Rotational shifts and be able to travel for job visits.


5. Must have good problem tackling and management skills.
