MANAGER- Sales & Marketing
Brief description :
- Doubtbox is looking out for energetic and dynamic marketing candidates to join our team at Trivandrum
- Candidates with direct marketing experience preferred.
- Plan and implement all event initiatives in Malls, Apartment, etc
- Communicate with target audiences and build and develop customer relationships
- Create awareness of and develop the brand you're marketing
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities
- Organize promotional events at trade shows and other venues, coordinating with our staff to ensure prompt delivery of materials and merchandise
- Train a team of marketing associates to coordinate events and conduct outside sales
- Identify weaknesses in existing marketing campaigns and develop pragmatic solutions within budgetary constraints
- Communicate with senior management about marketing initiatives and project metrics, as well as to brainstorm fresh strategies
Preferred skills
- Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business Administration or related field (MBA preferred)
- 3+ years in marketing and promotion
- Ability to work unpredictable hours, including some evenings and weekends
- Excellent communication and decision-making skills
