We are looking for an experienced, passionate, and creative Social Media Marketing Specialist to oversee our social media accounts across all platforms, create shareable text and video content, manage posts, and respond to our followers to help achieve our marketing goals. The person will be responsible for developing and implementing our Social Media strategy to increase our online presence and improve our marketing and sales efforts. 

Key Responsibilities

• Creating content, including text videos and images for use on social media
• Promoting products, services, and content over social media, in a way that is consistent with an organization’s brand and social media strategy
• Developing new social media strategies and campaigns
• Keeping track of data and analysing the performance of social media campaigns
• Run regular social promotions and campaigns and track their success
• Building a social media presence by maintaining a solid online presence.
• Monitoring the company's brand on social media.
• Responding to comments on each of our accounts.
• Analysing data to determine whether social media campaigns have achieved their objectives.
• Reports progress to the management
• Collaborate with Marketing and Sales teams
• Monitor SEO and user engagement and suggest content optimization
• Communicate with industry professionals and influencers via social media to 
• Present to the Management
• Create shareable content appropriate for specific platforms to drive traffic and customer engagement

Preferred skills

• Minimum 2 years of experience in the social media marketing or as a Digital Media Specialist or similar role 
• Excellent knowledge of Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Pinterest, Instagram, Google+, and other social media best practices
• Great interpersonal, presentation, and communication skills 
• Positive attitude, Organisational skills, and good multitasking and organizational ability
• Understanding of graphic design principles.
• Should be a Team player
• Understanding of SEO and web traffic metrics
• Good time-management skills
• A degree in marketing or a related field
• Creative thinker
• Fluency in English
