End User Support Engineer

- Maintain internal infrastructure requirements, including laptop and desktop computers,servers, routers, switches, firewalls, printers, biometric devices, and security updates,support internet, intranet, LANs, WANs, and network segments
- Asset management and maintaining inventory
- Perform routine and scheduled audits of all systems, including backups
- Provide technical support for both hardware and software issues our users encounter
- Perform server administration tasks
- Upgrade systems and processes as required for enhanced functionality and security issue resolution
- Manage Active Directory, Microsoft Office 365
- Server and workstation patching
Preferred skills
- Good experience in Windows and Linux OS administration (Server and Client)
- Good experience in handling hardware installation and maintenance (Desktop, Laptop, Server,Switches, etc)
- Good experience in working with Virtualization (VMware, Hyper V, etc)
- Must be familiar with fundamentals of Linux scripting languages
- Proficient with networking
- Good experience in installing, configuring, and maintaining services such as Apache, Nginx, MySQL,PostgreSQL, PHP, etc
- Must be familiar with firewall, load balancing, etc
- Must have basic understanding of SAP, BASIS
- Good experience in working with SUSE Linux
- Must be familiar with CI/CD tools such as Jenkins, etc
- Must have basic knowledge of configuration management tools such as Puppet, Ansible, etc
- Must have basic understanding of Cloud Infrastructure Management (AWS, Azure, etc)
- Must be familiar with source code management tools such as Git, Gitlab
