Student Counsellor (Freshers/Experienced)

We are hiring student counsellors for its new platform for studying abroad. The student counseling position will be full-time and will be based in Technopark, Trivandrum. Also, we are hiring both experienced and freshers.

As a startup in the EdTech sector, the job will be challenging, but fun. We are looking for young, energetic, and friendly student counselors to join our team.

Preferred skills

Job Description & Responsibilities:

- Responsible for assisting students in shaping their dream of studying abroad in their dream country
- Guiding students through our new platform and assisting to find courses and universities
- Counselling students, answering incoming calls, responding messages, and mentoring them properly
- Sales skills or sales experienced candidates are highly preferred
- Implementing new strategies to convert the student enquires to enrolments
- Involve and assist in the marketing process
- Prepare weekly reports of lead status & schedule meeting
- English language proficiency is preferred
- Computer skills and use of social media are very essential
- An understanding of CRM is preferred

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree preferred. Freshers after course completion and dropouts can also apply. Training will be provided.
