ROR developer
Must have good problem solving skills & ability to work effectively in a distributed environment
- Should be proactive in providing solutions, follows coding standards and project plan, estimations, deadlines using Agile methodologies.
- Have an agile mindset i.e. adapt to frequently changing requirements.

- Excellent hands on experience (6 months and above) in Ruby on Rails programming, web development etc
- Good understanding of MVC architecture and RESTful APIs.
- Sound knowledge of relational database concepts -MySQL, RDBMS, etc
- Excellent hands on skills in Javascript / Coffee-script / jQuery.
- Knowledge of test driven development i.e. TDD (Rspec) or BDD (cucumber)
- understanding of code versioning tools like GIT, with hands on experience ofbranching, merging code, PRs etc.
