Brief description :

We are looking for Field Executives (Male).

Responsibilities

• Manage customer relationships and solve customer queries.
• Providing product training on the app to new customers.
• Helping the customer understand the advanced technologies of the product as and when any update is done.
• Working closely with cross-functional teams which must aim and be direct at supporting the sales of the product.
• Collecting business data as required and submitting periodical business trackers to the supervisor.
• Providing daily feedback to the management.

Salary: 25k to 40k per month.

Preferred skills

Qualifications and Skills:

• Should have 1- year of relevant experience.
• Should have excellent communication interpersonal, analytical & presentation skills.
• Expected to be well acquainted with the best marketing practices.
• Graduates with marketing specialization preferred.
   Must know Malayalam and English Languages.
