We are looking for a talented IT recruiter to join our team and manage the hiring process end  to end. You will be responsible for attracting candidates, evaluating resumes, scheduling and conducting interviews, and managing the hiring process.

Primary Responsibilities

  • Screening resumes and lining up the interviews for the vacant positions.
  • Posting Job requirements by various means and channels to attract talent.
  • Explaining the opportunity and organizational information to the prospective candidate.
  • Full life-cycle of recruitment for recent graduates and early career candidates, including intake sessions, event planning, on-campus recruiting, screening, and interviews.
  • Scheduling interviews for relevant candidates and follow up till the date of joining.
  • Conducting initial telephonic Interviews with the candidates and arrange the technical interviews.
  • Assess applicant’s relevant knowledge, skills, soft skills, experience and aptitudes
  • Understanding company’s culture and shortlisting the right fit
  • Keeping track of all applicants as well as keeping applicants informed on the application process.
  • Providing onboarding training
  • Conducting exit interviews on termination.


  • MBA in Human Resources Management, Background of a IT or Computer science
  • Must have 2 years of experience on different sourcing portals
  • A keen understanding of the requirements for each role in the company
  • Proficiency with social media, CV databases, and professional networks
  • Experience to develop and implement recruitment plans and strategies
  • Strong communication skills, organizational and negotiation skills
  • Experience in recruiting using social media, job sites/boards, Internet, channel partner & campus placements.
  • Excellent time management abilities and a proven ability to meet deadlines
