Roles & Responsibilities:

Guide, coach and motivate the team with the goal of increasing productivity
Passionate about Scrum, Kanban, Lean Thinking, Lean Startup, eXtreme Programming, SAFe, LeSS, etc. 
Supporting and educating the Product Owner, especially on grooming and maintaining the product backlog.
Guiding the team and organisation on how to use Agile/Scrum practices and values to delight customers.
Oversee and manage scope, time line, quality, goals and deliverables that support business goals
Identify and monitor the KPIs related to schedule and cost performance
Prepare and present reports on the progress and success
Organize and lead scrum ceremonies - Facilitate daily scrum, sprint planning, sprint demo and retrospective meetings.
Forecast the numbers of deliverables possible in an iteration, which is based on evidence and reliable source.
Estimate and plan - create useful, reliable and practical plans for software development projects.
Responsible for managing the scrum process with the coordination of the scrum team in Agile methodology.
Arrange daily stand-up meetings, facilitate meetings, schedule meetings, demo and decision-making processes in order to ensure quick inspection and proper use of the adaptation process.
Conduct retrospective meetings
Should be a good coach in Agile practices. Coach individuals and interactions over processes and tools.
Ability to shield his team from outside distractions and interferences.
Ability to ensure the correct use of the scrum process.
Ability to track and remove impediments.
Scrum Master is a servant first, who serves his team members before considering about himself
Helps the product owner to make the product backlogs in good shape and make them ready for the next sprint

2 to 6 years of IT industry experience in similar roles.
Knowledge of other Agile approaches: XP, Kanban, Crystal, FDD, etc.
Bachelor degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or related field 
Certified ScrumMaster (CSM), Certified Scrum Professional (CSP) or Certified Product Owner (CSPO)
Awareness and experience with widely successful Agile techniques: User Stories, ATDD, TDD, Continuous Integration, Continuous Testing, Pairing, Automated Testing, Agile Games.
Possesses conflict resolution, does conversation by focusing on scrum values of openness, honesty and respect.
Applicable knowledge of the technologies used by the team.
The experience in applying a wide variety of well-documented patterns and techniques for filling in the intentional gaps left in the Scrum approach(example: various Burndown technologies, many Retrospective formats, handling bugs, etc.).
Excellent communication and mentoring skills.
Facilitating discussion, decision making, and conflict resolution.
Assisting with internal and external communication, improving transparency, and radiating information.
Experience in the Retail/e-Commerce industry and product engineering background is a plus
Strong problem-solving skills .
Skilled at working effectively with cross-functional teams in a matrix organization.
