Major Responsibilities
  • Effectively build and manage inbound lead flow as well as execute outbound prospecting initiatives through various channels including and not limited to Linkedin, Emails and follow up calls
  • Connect with C-level and senior leadership in identified organizations through multiple channels
  • Initiate conversations with decision makers of targeted firms 
  • Maintain active engagement with new and existing leads through creative follow-up generating increased interest
  • Work with senior leadership to build on our existing lead generation and pipeline development strategies to improve efficiency across the sales organization
  • Achieve monthly/quarterly goals and quotas assigned
  • Prepare and analyze sales pipeline reports and dashboards
  • Proactively identify and launch initiatives that drive new business growth

Preferred skills

Preferred skills :

  • Proven track record of success as an SDR, in a B2B technology firm
  • 3 - 6 years of experience in selling enterprise solutions to CxOs/ Heads of Dept
  • Prior experience in lead generation through cold/ warm calling in developed markets
  • Should be creative and energetic. Should have excellent phone skills, listening skills and strong writing skills
  • A bonus would be previous tech industry experience or experience in sales development in digital commerce/ eCommerce space
