Brief description :

We are looking for a Business Development Executive to get prospective customers eager about our offerings, schedule appointments and product demos. You will be helping the company build a strong pipeline of qualified opportunities, and thereafter close deals! In those lines, here's what you will do:

Responsibilities
 

  • Be the first point of contact for new potential customers at NeedStreet
  • Identify new opportunities and engage prospective customers using multiple channels: phone, email, social media.
  • Qualify leads and advance them to the next step in the sales cycle.
  • Meet your monthly targets for qualified demos and appointments.
  • Keep all prospects warm and ensure no meeting gets missed.
  • Actively look for opportunities to improve and optimize our sales processes.
  • Log, track, maintain, report outbound and inbound activities.
  • Stay up-to-date with new products/services and new pricing/payment plans.

Preferred skills

  • 1-2 years of work experience in sales development / lead generation in a Software company.
  • Track record of generating qualified leads.
  • Passion for technology and learning new things.
  • Good people and time management skills.
  • Experience in MS Office & CRM software (e.g. Freshsales, Salesforce, hubspot, etc.)
  • Ethical. Hands-on. Passionate. Persistent. Takes initiative. Creative. Personable. Self-starter. Productive.
  • Fluent in English (written & verbal).
