Experience : 7+ Years

Lead and oversee development team of mobile (Android/iOS/Hybrid) engineers

Develop team capabilities including technical and interpersonal skills

Coach & mentor, your team members while fostering an environment for people to grow

Assign team members to development projects and support teams to ensure successful delivery of solutions and new features 

Evaluate and identify emerging technology tools and platforms for delivering a compelling product

Communicate with our onsite team as well as clients

Ensure proper collaboration with neighboring functions within Digital Engineering such as DevOps, Backend, UI/UX etc 

Preferred skills

• Several years of experience developing mobile apps (Native iOS & Android, React Native/Flutter)
• Strong project management and delivery background
• Demonstrated leadership in managing, coaching, and mentoring of team members
• Experience in selecting right framework based on project requirements
• Catalyst for change, innovation, and continuous improvement, advancing ideas into action
• Excellent communication, with the ability to explain complex technical problems to non-technical audiences
