Brief description :
We are looking for a Senior Java Developer with 3-5 years of experience and who has a strong knowledge in delivery, development and maintenance of technology-based solutions.
The Senior Java Developer’s responsibilities will include communicating with the customer and gathering the system and user requirements, building the core components and modules of the application and carrying out a functional testing of the features before release. He will also be able to deploy and maintain such applications.

Technical Skills
Good knowledge and understanding of Core Java and JEE design patterns and performance optimization techniques
Hands on expertise on distributed messaging architecture, JMS etc.
Hands on expertise on SOA and Web services
Good experience on open source frameworks like Spring, Hibernate etc.
Awareness or knowledge in Apache frameworks (Camel, ActiveMQ, Redis, JHipster etc.)
Experience in deploying applications on Tomcat / Jetty / JBoss / Wildfly
Hands-on experience on RDBMS and NoSQL DBs (Oracle / MySQL / Cassandra / MongoDB etc.)
Working experience on distributed source control tools like Git
Good understanding of public clouds such as AWS, Azure, Google Cloud etc.
Duties and Responsibilities
Write well-designed, efficient and clean code
Review, test and debug team members’ code
Design database architecture
Schedule product releases with internal teams
Document development phases
Ensure our applications are secure and up-to-date
Prioritize, assign and execute tasks throughout the software development life cycle
Manage, mentor and train junior and mid-level developers
Identify inadequacies in current processes or procedures, and propose solutions
Work independently as well as lead a team in planning, designing, implementing and deploying multi-component software systems of significant complexity
Other Requirements
Experience working in a fast-paced start-up environment
Ability to work productively under pressure and strict timelines
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (both written as well as spoken)
Proven experience as a Senior Java Developer
Good delegation and time management skills and problem-solving abilities It would be an excellent added advantage if the candidate also has the following additional skills
Expertise in one more programming language (like Python, Scala etc.)
Experience in building front end layer of applications using ExtJS or other JavaScript libraries
Demonstrated open-source contribution
Exposure to big data and stream processing
