Brief description :
· 3-5 years of IT Recruitment experience is required.
· Should have good experience with IT Recruitment.
· Must have Sound knowledge on IT and Technical concepts
· Strong understanding of technical requirements.
· Must have experience in Full Life Cycle of Recruiting (screening resumes, interviewing, and all responsibilities till candidate joins).
· Ability to work as a good team player, Maintaining & building the candidate database.
· Qualified candidate should have good understanding of hiring process (for Contract & full- time positions).
· Must be proficient in recruiting techniques like Head Hunting, Cold Calling, Networking Sites, Referrals and other Internet Based recruiting Tools.
· Must have experience in hiring all levels of technical candidates.
· Must have experience working with third party vendors to ensure sourcing resumes in quick turnaround time.
· Must have good CTC negotiation & closing skills.
