Job Description


  • Source potential candidates from various online channels (e.g. social media, job portals and professional platforms)
  • Must have 2-4 years of IT recruitment experience
  • Communicating with the managers to identify future job openings.
  • Screening the applicants according to the job requirements and competencies.
  • Participate in job fairs and host in-house recruitment events.
  • Develop and execute recruiting plans and execute all phases of the recruitment process.
  • Follow up on interview process status and update records in internal database
  • Processing the Offer and negotiation on employment terms with the candidate.
  • Conducting employee engagement activities.

Preferred skills

Preferred Skill

  • Familiar with a wide variety of sourcing avenues
  • 2-4 years of IT recruitment experience.
  • Ability to communicate effectively, both orally and in writing
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office
  • Knowledge of interview techniques and applicant screening methods
  • Knowledge of legal compliances will be an added advantage.
  • Immediate joiners preferred.
