Role Requirements
• Creativity is key!
• Previous work experience as a UI/UX Designer or similar role with portfolio of design projects
• Experience generating process documentation
• Strong written and verbal communication skills including technical writing skills
• A keen eye for detail and a result-driven approach
• Proven experience in obtaining requirements and testing
• Experience creating and implementing quality control procedures
• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, GIS, or related field
• 8+ years of progressive experience in digital product design and quality delivery
Preferred Qualifications
• Understanding and experience in DevSecOps philosophy and lean/agile frameworks
• Experience using Jira software
• Previous staff leadership and management a plus
• Quality certifications (e.g., Six Sigma, ASQ) or equivalent qualifications are a plus
• 5+ Years’ of progressive experience in the AEC industry
