Brief description :
The Head of Digital Marketing will be in charge of overseeing all of our group companies' digital marketing, promotion, and reputation management framework.
In addition to our primary offerings of insurance, risk management, reinsurance, and underwriting, our group firms also engage in venture capital, Insurtech, Fintech, and Environmental and Social Governance sectors.
In collaboration with our partners, the Head of Digital Marketing will make sure that our brand is consistently and successfully represented across all digital platforms worldwide.He or she should have superior project management and communication abilities and be a strategic thinker.
Duties & Responsibilities
· Develop and execute the digital marketing strategy for the company, across all channels including website, social media, email and SEO.
· Plan and manage budgets for all digital marketing activities, ensuring efficient use of resources and ROI.
· Collaborating with other company functions to strengthen company reputation, coordinate promotions, and increase reach.
· Analyse data and insights to inform decision making and optimize campaigns in real-time.
· Stay up-to-date on latest digital marketing trends and technologies, and identify opportunities for innovation within the team.
· Develop and maintain relationships with key industry partners and influencers.
· Represent the company at relevant conferences and events.
· Monitor competitor activity and benchmark against them
· Achieve agreed upon KPIs and targets set by upper management.
· Prepare regular reports for upper management on performance and progress against objectives.
Preferred skills
· Bachelor’s or masters degree in marketing, business, or related field.
· Proven track record of developing and executing successful digital marketing campaigns.
· Experience managing a team of marketing professionals.
· In-depth knowledge of all aspects of digital marketing, including SEO, social media, email marketing, and lead generation
· Strong analytical skills and experience using data to drive marketing decisions
· Excellent communication, writing, and presentation skills
· Understanding of Group business process and core vision is must.
