With an intention of providing plush personal care and unique experiences for the employees at the park,  a complete world class ecosystem of work and life is being structured at  Technopark which will elevate it to international standards. A most modern shopping mall with convention facilities, multiplexes , hotels and much more are being planned in 10 acres of land on the campus which will then substitute the current Technomall. The Trivandrum International School will soon come up with a centre on the campus, in the 40 cents of land being allotted to them. The sub-station at Technopark is also being expanded to meet the power requirements of the flourishing campuses. With the light rail in Thiruvananthapuram turning operational, connectivity to Technopark will increase drastically as well.

A Food Court with a seating capacity of 400 is under construction at the Technopark Phase 3 Campus, Spread over 15000 sq.ft (including toilets), the Food court intends to offer a relaxed and unhurried sit-down meal experience for hundreds of individuals at a time.

A colossal 2 lakhs direct jobs will be on the offing, when Technopark Phase III and Technocity will together add up an imposing 14 to 20 million square feet of business space. A highly sophisticated IT corridor has become the need of the hour, in the wake of more investment s pouring in. The Technopark campus at Kazhakuttom has evolved as the seed to the IT corridor concept, with the National Highway 47 stretch up to Thonnakkal shaping the corridor. A rightly reasoned and coherent stratagem to support the development of all the four phases of Technopark including Technocity needs to be formulated, which is warranted further by the unparalleled level of growth and expansion being witnessed along the IT corridor.
Pallippuram, a bustling suburb in Thiruvananthapuram district is all set for a metro makeover with the advent of Technocity , anticipated to be a momentous milestone in the Indian IT scenario. The scenic technopolis spread out a sprawling 423 acres of land when fully commissioned will be an integrated IT township, encompassing IT/ITeS infrastructure, residential apartments , shopping malls with multiplexes, hospitals, hotels, educational institutions and other support facilities. Technocity will have upto 30 million sq.ft built up space with manifold buildings for its tenant organisations and will offer high-tech infrastructure facilities for prospective investors. The estimated investment is around 5000 crores. Technocity does not intend to limit itself to IT firms alone and instead throw its door open to diverse realms as biotechnology, nanotechnology, high end manufacturing and research & development. Tata Consultancy Services Limited would instead a whopping 1500 crores to set up their Global learning Academy in Technocity, the largest of its kind in Asia which will train and accommodate 16,000 IT professionals at a time. Suntec Business Solutions, IIITMK, KASE are the institutions who got land leased at Technocity.
Kollam Technopark
Kollam Technopark, the first rural IT Park in Kerala will be a satellite park of Technopark, is fast coming up at a stunning locale in Kollam, against a magical backdrop of the spectacular Ashtamudi Lake and its immense expanse of pristine waters. Phase I of the Kollam Technopark building is already complete and ready for occupation. It features a built up space of 1 lakh sq.ft where companies have already commenced functioning. On completion, the Kollam park will have a direct employment potential of about 1000 IT professionals. Apart from the main building, co-developers  will be offered on lease developed plots of diverse sizes as well.

The present road from Kottiyam to NH47 is to be widened shortly by the The State Public Works Department, which should alleviate the traffic pressure on the Highway. Water transport to the park is to be made hassle free by the Inland water navigation department. Kollam, being a land flanked by water bodies, there is also a proposal for a boat jetty featuring traditional architecture that has been approved.
